| About the company |
Prudential Singapore, established in 1931, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of UK-based
Prudential plc. With over 3,000 full time insurance advisers and over 400,000 policyholders,
it has grown to be one of the top three life insurers in Singapore, offering the
full spectrum of insurance, investment-linked products and unit trust products.
We were the first company in Singapore to be named Life Insurance Company of the
Year in 2000 for our philosophy of 'innovation in action' and the first to launch
a comprehensive range of investment-linked insurance products in 1992. Today, we
are the market leader in investment-linked plans with over $5.2 billion funds under
management (as at 31 Dec 2008).
