Career Development and training opportunities

conducted in-company or in the regional training center located in Singapore. The
wide ranging programs covers the Panasonic Basic Business Philosophy, core business and functional skills training in new technologies, product development, manufacturing,
sales and marketing, leadership and management coaching as well as specialized skills
workshops. In addition, we also place employees in the Working In Japan program,
which provides long- and short-term assignments in Japan, with the aim of accelerating
their learning curve by exposing them to the domain businesses, latest technologies
at the HQ R&D base, and interaction with co-workers with different cultures
and languages. With these carefully structured training programs, we equip employees
with the knowledge needed to function effectively in positions extending from entry-level
to senior executives.
