About the company
The Ministry of Law plays three key roles:
- Oversees Singapore's legal system to ensure a sound legal infrastructure and develop Singapore into a worldclass legal services and alternative dispute resolution hub
- Reviews and formulates policies to optimise Singapore's land resources and create new value through innovative solutions
- Develops policies and practices to establish Singapore as a vibrant intellectual property hub.
The 2 Statutory Boards under Ministry of Law are Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) and Singapore Land Authority (SLA).
