Uniformed Services

Singapore Police Force (SPF)
In today's increasingly complex landscape, SPF has to work tirelessly to fight against the twin threats of transnational crime and terrorism as well as uphold the law, maintain order and keep peace within the Republic.

As a Senior Police Officer in the SPF, you will have the unique opportunity to be involved in real-life situations, maintaining law and order and meeting the security challenges that confront our society. Apart from managing the operational aspects of policing, you will also be exposed to a wide range of staff positions in policy-making and planning work to enhance SPF's operational effectiveness.

Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF)
SCDF provides fire fighting, rescue and emergency ambulance services, mitigate hazardous materials incidents, as well as formulate, implement and enforce regulations on fire safety and civil defence shelter matters.

As a Senior Officer in the SCDF, you will plan, lead and command in frontline, real-life situations where lives and property are at stake as well as spearheading projects to reduce fires and enhance public emergency preparedness.

Singapore Prison Service (SPS)
The SPS protects society through the safe custody and rehabilitation of offenders, co-operating in prevention and aftercare.

As a Senior Officer in SPS, you are Captain of Lives (COLs) to offenders under your custody. You have to maintain a high level of security through instilling discipline to facilitate the rehabilitation of the inmates.

Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB)
In striving to make Singapore drug-free, CNB adopts an integrated and multipronged approach via tough legislation,vigorous enforcement, and a high profile preventive education programme aimed at sustaining a national consensus towards zero tolerance for drug abuse.

As a Senior Narcotics Officer, you will lead an elite team in a range of challenging assignments which include undercover work, gathering intelligence on drug syndicates and executing field operations against drug offenders; formulate, implement or review drug enforcement policies and strategies.

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA )
The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) is responsible for the security of Singapore's borders against the entry of undesirable persons and cargo through our land, air and sea checkpoints.

As a Home Affairs Services – ICA Senior Officer, you are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the laws, regulations and policies in immigration, citizenship and national registration. Leading a team of highlyskilled and well-trained ICA Specialists, you play a critical role in ensuring the security of the borders of our nation.

Civilian Services

As a Commercial Affairs Officer in SPF, you can look forward to a challenging career which involves investigations into complaints of major commercial fraud and abuse. You will assist in criminal legal proceedings arising from the investigations, and be required to liaise with organisations such as banks, law firms, audit firms, as well as government and quasi-government agencies to safeguard Singapore's integrity as a commercial and financial hub.
