| About the company |
Civil Service College (CSC) Singapore is a statutory board under the Public Service
Division, Prime Minister's Office. We are the central learning institution for the
Singapore Public Service and we play a pivotal role in partnering
government ministries
and agencies to develop people for a first class public service.
CSC brings together public service officers from diverse backgrounds and provides them with the opportunities to plug into a service-wide network to exchange views
and build shared ethos and perspectives, hence creating a rich environment for knowledge
sharing and learning.
Through our programmes and services, CSC aims to build commitment and strategic capacity in governance, leadership, public administration and management.
We believe that true value creation begins with recognising and nurturing the potential
of our people. At CSC, we are committed to providing staff with exciting and challenging
work, and investing in their professional development. We believe in nurturing our
staff to fulfil their potential, honouring their abilities and maximising their contributions.
We practise open communications and staff are treated with respect and honesty.
Experimentation, learning and collaboration are also encouraged in our environment.
We have a range of positive work-life practices to ensure that staff can achieve
harmony in their work and personal life.
At CSC, our leaders are committed to inspire and guide us to achieve the mission
and vision. Our leaders know the importance of having clear organisational goals
and we are empowered to achieve these goals with the necessary resources.
At CSC, we unleash the potential of our people.
