This is the mission-critical IT operation tasked with supporting our worldwide retail banking network, through technological innovation with a clear commercial focus. Established in January 2008 to support our Retail Banking businesses across the globe, we have over 300 colleagues based in our Changi Business Park office and a determination to innovate and be the best. Our Product Management & Delivery team manages application design, development and delivery roadmaps of products and services to ensure alignment to standard platforms and enterprise architecture directives. The Business Engagement team builds effective technology partnerships with regions and countries to analyse their business requirements and respond through cutting-edge technology. Our Service & Operations Management team improves efficiency across the board by setting standards for everything from vendor management to control and compliance. Finally, day-to-day, end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure and engineering are taken care of by the Global Infrastructure & Service Delivery team.

Our graduate programme

Our two-year Technology programme takes in four six-month placements that give you a great breadth of technical skills and exposure across BTC Singapore. From the outset, you'll work alongside senior managers, with a front-row seat on vital infrastructure and strategic developments, plus change management on a vast scale. You’ll benefit from intensive technical training in addition to the huge amount you learn on the job, with your technical, personal and team development supported by a buddy and mentor.

Who we look for

To be part of this fast-growing operation, you'll need to be studying for an Honours degree at a Singapore university, graduating in 2011. Your results in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or Computer Science (Maths) will be particularly outstanding.
